INTRO
Good morning, church family.
Today is a very special day as we gather to dedicate
two precious children to the Lord.
This is a profound declaration of faith and commitment.
It’s a moment where we, as a church community and family,
come together to support these two families and pledge
to help nurture all of these young lives in the ways of God.

We’re here to celebrate and rejoice in being grateful
for this incredible blessing, and commit ourselves
to the long journey ahead.

TEXT

“The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.
The world and all its people belong to Him.”
—Psalms 24:1 NLT

WE DEDICATE EVERYTHING TO GOD
• We acknowledge EVERYTHING we have belongs to God.

• We have what we have because of God’s grace, mercy, generosity,
and love in our lives.

• We’re not going to take credit for ourselves.

“It’s humbling that we don’t get to take the credit for any good fruit
our lives bear, but we get the joy of watching Him continue
to work in and through us” —“The Bible Recap: A One-Year Guide to Reading and Understanding the Entire Bible” by Tara-Leigh Cobble

• Out of honor, respect, and gratitude, we dedicate everything
we have to God: our time, talent, treasure,
and, most importantly, our children.”

WE DEDICATE OUR CHILDREN TO GOD
• We dedicate our babies to God as an act of gratitude
and commitment to nurture them in the ways of God.

• We baptize them when they’re old enough to make their own
decision to follow Christ.

3 THINGS WE’RE ALL GOING TO COMMIT TO ACTION

1) PRAYER
As family members and a church community, we will continue to pray
for the parents and children.

Whatever challenges they may face up ahead, we’ll be here and available
to call on God’s divine power for miraculous results.

We will continuously pray for the children
and families asking for God’s protection,
guidance, and blessings
over each child’s life.
This prayer also seeks strength and wisdom
for the parents as they fulfill their
responsibilities.

“Always be joyful. Never stop praying.
Be thankful in all circumstances,
for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.”
—1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NLT

2) PROVIDE
In addition to meeting their everyday necessities,
we will provide opportunities for growth and development
to lead them into fulfilling their purpose and destiny.

“Train up a child in the way he should go,
and when he is old he will not depart from it,”
—Proverbs 22:6

“Discipline your children,
and they will give you peace of mind
and will make your heart glad.”
—Proverbs 29:17 NLT

3) PROTECT
We will ensure they have a safe and secure loving home to thrive.
As a family and a community of believers, we commit to raising
our children in the ways of God, teaching and training them
to live their lives according to His Word.

When times get tough we will not give up or give in
to weariness, stress, sickness or doubt. [no weak sauce]
At all costs we will rally together to protect our children
from the brokenness and evil of this world.
We will “KEEP GOING” trusting in God for everything.

“And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly
to these commands that I am giving you today.
Repeat them again and again to your children.
Talk about them when you are at home
and when you are on the road,
when you are going to bed
and when you are getting up.
Tie them to your hands
and wear them on your forehead as reminders.
Write them on the doorposts
of your house and on your gates.”
—Deuteronomy 6:6-9 NLT

“Grandchildren are the crowning glory of the aged;
parents are the pride of their children.”
—Proverbs 17:6 NLT

APPLI CATION
1) To start each person must have a personal relationship with Jesus
by saying the PRAYER OF SALVATION.

PRAYER OF SALVATION
Dear Lord Jesus,
I acknowledge that you are God’s son.
I believe you died on the cross
and shed your blood,
for the forgiveness
of all of my sins.
Come into my heart today.
I commit to make You my Lord and Savior.
Guide my life,
and help me to do Your will.
In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen

CLOSING PRAYER
Dear Heavenly Father,
We gather here today in your presence,
filled with joy and gratitude,
to dedicate these precious children to You.
We thank You for the gift of life
and the blessing
that each child brings to their family
and our church community.
Lord, we ask for Your divine protection
over all of the little ones.
Surround them with Your angels
and guard them from all harm.
May Your presence be a constant source
of comfort and peace in their life.

We pray for the parents,
asking for Your wisdom, strength, and guidance
as they engage on this incredible journey of parenting.
Help them to be strong examples of faith, love, and integrity.
Give them patience, understanding,
and an abundance of love
to nurture and guide each child in Your ways.
We dedicate each child to You, Lord.
We ask that You bless them abundantly,
that they may grow in wisdom and stature.
May their life be a testament to Your grace and love.

In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen.

GIVING OPPORTUNITY

Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put me to the test! —Malachai 3:10 NLT
