1. Read Romans 10:1-7
i. Who do you desire to be saved?

ii. How can we communicate the gospel to those “zealous” for a false belief?

iii. How can we communicate that Christ has accomplished righteousness on our behalf with those who think they must earn at least part of their righteousness themselves?

2. Read Romans 10:8-13
i. Discuss the assurance communicated in verses 7-9.

ii. Why are “confession” and “belief” necessary in the salvific process? See also James 2:18-20.

iii. What is the significance of the word “Whoever” in verses 11-13? How does this inform our witness as individuals and as a church?
