BIBLE STUDY QUESTIONS

LIFE GROUP LEADERS: TAKE ATTENDANCE!!
(Use the Church Center App)

1) Share a memorable homecoming.

2) Looking back at your notes from this week’s teaching, what blessed you the most? How were you spiritually challenged and encouraged?

3) Read Isaiah 61:1-4. God is promising restoration for His people. Jesus said He is the One to do these things? Share a time when God restored something in your life. Looking back, has does that effect your faith going forward?

4) Read I Kings 17:9-16. Put yourself in the widow’s place. Do you think you would have baked Elijah a cake or would you have been offended my him asking you do to that? Have you ever been in a similar situation? If so, how did God meet your need?

5) II Kings 5:1-14 tells the story of Naaman being healed. It gives the account of a man needing the impossible to be done. Naaman had an idea in his mind of how things should have gone for his healing. When that is not what the prophet Elisha told him to do, He became angry and would not do it. All he had to do, was have faith in God and do what the Prophet of God had said to him. Has God ever surprised you with how He has helped you or the person He used to help you?
