  2. As you read Romans 7:15-24, in what ways can you relate with the struggle thatPaul describes?

  3. How does Romans 6:11 serve to help in this struggle? How do we “consider”
ourselves to be dead to sin and alive to God through Christ?

  4. With regard to considering ourselves to be alive to God through Christ, how does the first Great Commandment (see Mark 12:29-30) help us in that programming?

  5. How does Romans 7:25 bring encouragement to you in this day-to-day struggle with your old nature of sin? Think of when we blow it and sin, how does 1 John 1:9 help you get back up?

  6. How does knowing the truth that God will continue to work to transform your until He is finished (see Philippians 1:6) encourage you in your life journey with Christ?

  7. How can knowing these truths help you to encourage others to keep loving and following the Lord?
