LET’S GO DEEPER:
1. If God wants us to be humble, then why then did He exalt Joshua before the people?
2. What was the key role for the Israelites? Don’t over think the question. The answer is easy but doing it not so much! Why?
3. Verse 5 gives us a hint on how to best prepare ourselves for persecution and trials. How does Luke 12:11-12 relate?
4. A stone memorial is a very creative and visible reminder (which will last a long time) of what God has done. The concept of remembering is very important in the Bible. What are some of the things God commands people not to forget?
