Glow Up
The Glow of Love

The members of the council were amazed when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, for they could see that they were ordinary men with no special training in the Scriptures. They also recognized them as men who had been with Jesus. Acts 4:13

God’s Love Is:

I.

.
7 Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person,
though someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is
especially good. 8 But God showed his great love for us by sending
Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 6:7-8

II.

.
14 “I am the good shepherd; I know my own sheep, and they know me,
15 just as my Father knows me and I know the Father. So I sacrifice my
life for the sheep. 16 I have other sheep, too, that are not in this
sheepfold. I must bring them also. They will listen to my voice, and
there will be one flock with one shepherd. John 10:14-16

III.

.
35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he
no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or
hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 37 No,
despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ,
who loved us. Romans 8:35, 37

IV.

.
For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Romans 10:13
