Warm Up Question: What did you do after you graduated high school? What’s one piece of advice you’d give to those graduating high school?

HEAD: These questions help us examine the Word.
1. Read John 15:9-17: What would you say is the main point of this passage?
2. What is the difference between being a friend of Jesus vs being a servant of Jesus?
3. Is being a friend of Jesus only for the disciples or is it also for us today? How so?
4. Based on this passage, what do the friends of Jesus do?
5. What are some practical ways you’ve seen people lay down their life for others?
6. How does being a friend of Jesus result in joy and fruit?
7. If you aren’t experiencing joy or fruit in your life, what should you do?
