I’ve Still Got My Praise_GRAPHIC.jpg

Ephesians 1:3-6 “All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and it gave Him great pleasure. So we praise God for the glorious grace He has poured out on us who belong to His dear Son.”

1) Praise God Because You’re Blessed
Ephesians 1:3 “All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.”
Matthew 6:25b, 32-33 “Don’t worry about having something to eat, drink, or wear. Only people who don’t know God are always worrying about such things. Your Father in heaven knows that you need all of these. More than anything else, put God’s work first and do what He wants. Then the other things will be yours as well.”
Ephesians 3:2 “Let heaven fill your thoughts; don’t spend your time worrying about things down here.”

2) Praise God Because You’re Saved
Ephesians 1:4, 6 “Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. So we praise God for the glorious grace He has poured out on us who belong to His dear Son.”
Ephesians 2:8-9 “It is by God’s grace that you have been saved through faith. It is not the result of your own efforts, but God’s gift, so that no one can boast about it.”
Titus 2:11 “God has revealed His grace for the salvation of the whole human race.”

3) Praise God Because You’re Growing
2 Corinthians 12:9 “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness”
Romans 6:14 “Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.”
Hebrews 5:8 “Even though Jesus was God’s Son, He learned obedience from the things He suffered.”
2 Peter 3:18 “Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

4) Praise God Because You’re Kept
Psalm 37:23-24 “The steps of the godly are directed by the Lord. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will not fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.”
John 10:27-28 “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.”
Jude 24 “And now, all glory to God, Who is able to keep you from stumbling, and Who will bring you into His glorious presence innocent of sin and with great joy.”

The big idea: You always have your praise!
