II Chronicles 7:14
“and (if) My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
Matthew 6:31-33
Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
The Kingdom of God is wherever God’s Word is being followed and His will is being done. It’s where righteousness prevails and King Jesus is lifted up. It’s where people are being saved, converted, restored and delivered through God’s righteousness, power and love.
Daniel 2:44 b
“The God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.”
Daniel 7:27 c
“…His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him.”
Matthew 13:31-33
He presented another parable to them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field; and this is smaller than all other seeds, but when it is full grown, it is larger than the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that THE BIRDS OF THE AIR come and NEST IN ITS BRANCHES.”
He spoke another parable to them, “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three pecks of flour until it was all leavened.”
Proverbs 21:30
There is no wisdom and no understanding
And no counsel against the LORD.
A righteous vote, even in a losing cause, is a kingdom act of obedience.
John 15:20 a
Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A slave is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you;
I Peter 4:14
If you are reviled for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you.
“There is a joy and close fellowship with Jesus that you only find in persecution. Jesus feels more real. He seems nearer. He responds more directly and quickly. When the Middle Eastern Christian come to the U.S. the often no longer have the same joy.”
-David Joseph-
“The issue of the day is being willing to stand up to intimidation and pressure. Prophetic courage is the courage to speak forth the truth in difficult times.”
-Charles Simpson-
