John 1:14-18
I. Jesus Made Earth and Humanity His Home

C. Not only did Jesus become a man, he made His with humans.
II. Jesus Showed Humanity His Glory
A. Glory is a term with rich Old Testament meaning focused on the and awesomeness of God the Father.
B. The most astounding and example of God’s glory is the cross and resurrection.
III. Jesus Showed Humanity How to Live
A. jesus showed us how to walk the fine line of and truth.
B. The only way to experience is to admit our failure to live according to the truth and seek God’s absolution or forgiveness.
C. Jesus is both our of grace and truth but also our example in how to live with both grace and truth.
IV. John the Baptist Served as His Witness
A. The Baptist makes it clear that Jesus is much more than he is.
B. The Baptist is saying that in comparison to Jesus, he is not even the lowest ranking in the house.


Are John the Apostle and John the Baptist correct that Jesus is the Son of God who became man to show us the way to grace and truth?
