Break the Ice (15 Minutes)
     What is your go-to activity on a crisp fall day?
     How do you stay motivated when trying to develop a new habit?

     Take a moment to pray, thanking God for those present and asking him to lead your discussion.
   
Learn Together (20 Minutes)
Read Judges 16:1-9 and James 1:19-25 aloud together. Since there are two passages, please feel free to share the reading.
     What stands out to you the most about the passage from Judges?
     How would you describe Samson’s downfall?
     What motivated Samson? What motivated Delilah?
     How could James 1:19 be a springboard to help you “break a cycle” in your life?
   
Act On It (20 Minutes)
     Which part of this week’s sermon was most impactful to you and why?
