As a disciple, we need a personal revelation of Who Jesus is in
“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him (Jesus Christ).” —Ephesians 1:17
2. Personal
We must give time for relationships with one
Jesus’ life and relationships with His disciples –
“…that they might be with Him… —Luke 6:12-13 & Mark 3:14
Jesus chose disciples to not just sit in a classroom, but to be
The result of the disciples being with Jesus is evident –
“Now when they (the Pharisees) saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.” —Acts 4:13
WE BECOME LIKE THOSE WHOM WE SPEND TIME WITH.

THE ACTION OF AUTHENTIC DISCIPLESHIP REQUIRES RELATIONSHIP. ALL MINISTRY FLOWS FROM RELATIONSHIP.
3. Personal
1) A personal resolve by leaders to disciple any and all whom God gives them, preparing them for:
• A fruitful life of walking with Jesus
• A lifetime of making disciples
• Their potential departure (to other nations)
2) A personal resolve by the disciple to enter into a lifelong adventure of:
• Being a disciple committed to
• Making more disciples everywhere they go
