We like to say that we are not a church with a mission but that God’s misson has a church.

Our vision is to see EVERYONE have a personal relationship with Jesus.
We have made it our mission to do everything we can so that everyone can come to faith in Christ.
A UNIFIED CHURCH
At EC, we’re going to fight to protect unity at all costs, we choose to be aligned in spiritual, missional and relational unity.
“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. - Missonal Unity
By aligning our hearts in servanthood, hustle, and humility, we work together to serve the mission of our church through meeting needs, being generous, multiplying ourselves, and having a good work ethic.
OUR THREE FOCUSES
1.Our
The primary way we reach our world is through strategic missions. Experience Church strategically invests a portion of its resources in missons work all around the world with a focus on unreached people gorups, children and church planting. To find out more about our global reach visit ECGlobal.ca
2.Our
The primary way we reach our nation is by supporting new churches and strengthen existing churches through the Association of Related Churches (ARC).
ARC is a church-planting organization that started with Church of the Highlands in Birmingham, Alabama and a handful of other churches. ARC is our tribe and our extended church family. 2 . Spiritual Unity
We believe that to be in unity with God and each other, God has to be at the center of everything, Lord over all areas in our life. One way we do this is by making time to put God first in our year, month, week, and day.
At EC, we believe that even though our journeys may be different, our direction is the same. We’ve intentionally created opportunities for you to go deeper in your faith journey through things like
3 . Relational Unity
We believe that Relational Unity is a by-product of living in Spiritual and Missional Unity. We cultivate it by serving together on the Dream Team and meeting together in EC Groups and other team events like Team Night and Team Conf.
Leadership at Experience Church
Believers who invest their heart, time, family, and finances in the building of a local church deserve to have confidence in church leadership. People are looking for leaders to conduct themselves with integrity and respect when making decisions that affect their lives.
Our church government is made up of three groups:
1 . Guided by
The Pastoral Staff & Ministry Leaders are led by the Lead Pastors. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. They serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.
2 . Protected by
The Directors oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Lead Pastor as well as the Pastoral Staff and Ministry Leaders regarding major financial commitments of the church.
3 . Strengthened by
The Overseers are Pastors of nationally and Internationally respected congregations and ministries who love Experience Church and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They may be called in to help with accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastors if requested by the Pastors or Directors. The Overseers serve as Apostolic Elders.
