GOD’S FINAL INSTRUCTIONS
October 5 & 6, 2024 // Pastor Mike Berry

1. GOD LOVES YOU, GOD WANTS TO GIVE YOU A

, GOD SENT HIS INSIDE OF US SO !

“Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’”
Matthew 28:16–20, NIV

“So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.”
1 John 4:16, ESV

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation”
2 Corinthians 5:17–18, ESV

“.… I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.”
John 10:10, MSG

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 1:8, NIV

2. GOD WILL

BE WITH YOU, AND HE WILL GIVE YOU TO FOR HIM!

“Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”
John 14:12–14, NIV

3. GOD WANTS

TO BE THE REAL DEAL, YOU SHOULD TO BE THE REAL DEAL, AND YOU BE THE REAL DEAL!

“As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.”
Ephesians 4:1-6, NIV

4. WE NEED TO SEARCH THE

TO SEE WHAT A DISCIPLE IS, AND NOT LOOK TO OTHER !

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
2 Timothy 3:16–17, NIV

A DISCIPLE IS:

A PERSON WHO REALIZES THERE IS A ON YOUR LIFE!

John 15:16, NIV

“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”

A PERSON WHO TAKES FOR THEIR OWN GROWTH!

1 Corinthians 2:9–10, NIV

A PERSON WHO WANTS TO LIVE TO GOD!

2 Chronicles 16:9, NIV

A PERSON WHO INSISTS ON USING FOR GOD! (TRUSTING HIM FOR SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH)

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.”
1 Peter 4:10–11, NIV

A PERSON WILLING TO FOR GOD! A PERSON WHO DOESN’T SAY NO, THEY SAY SHOW ME HOW!

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”
Colossians 3:23–24, NIV

A PERSON WHO REALIZES TO BE THE HANDS AND FEET OF JESUS! (WHEREVER, WHENEVER AND HOWEVER)

“We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.”
2 Corinthians 5:20, NIV

“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”
