GREETINGS

The North Summit family strives to make you feel welcomed wherever you are on your faith journey. Maybe you have been in church your whole life or maybe this is the first time you have considered attending; either way, there is a place for you here.

YOUTH & KIDS

We offer dynamic programming for kids ages birth-6th grade. We currently have all nursery, preschool, and elementary classes during our 9:30 service. We also offer nursery and preschool, and K-3 classes during our 11:00 service. If you are visiting us for the first time, please visit the Family Lobby.

Jr. High and High School students attend the Sunday services and meet together for Youth Group on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Summit After School is a drop-in after school program for 1st-6th grades. We serve food, teach a Bible lesson, play games, work on crafts, and talk about applying the lesson in small groups. If you would like more info or would like to serve please contact Nate Lacy.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Summit After School Kickoff - starts October 8th
October 8th will be our first day back for Summit After School (SAS)! SAS is a drop-in, after-school program offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-5 pm.Registration will be at the entrance of the South Building on Oct 8th (main entrance).. We serve food, teach an age-appropriate Bible lesson, play games, work on crafts, and talk about applying the lesson in small groups. If you have a heart for the next generation and can help in one of these areas, please contact Nate Lacy (n.lacy@northsummit.com).

Men’s Breakfast - Saturday, October 12th
Saturday, October 12th, you will have the opportunity to connect with other men and be inspired by a message from one of our Pastors. Join us at 8am with a friend and an appetite. Please RSVP by writing “men’s breakfast” on your Connection Card or by stopping by the Men’s Ministry table in the Connection Hall.

Worship & Prayer Service - Sunday, October 13th
Join us on Sunday, October 13th, as we usher in the Fall season. At 6pm, we’ll gather for an evening of prayer and worship, coming together as a united church community. We truly hope you can be a part of it!

Ladies’ Night Out - Friday, October 18th
Coming up on Friday, October 18th from 6-8 pm, join us for a fun night of BINGO, fellowship, desserts and prizes. Register online at northsummit.com/events and get your BINGO voice ready! Registration is $10, $5 of which will be donated to our local Sweet Magnolia House Women’s Ministry. Bring a friend!

Fall Festival - Thursday, October 31st
Come and celebrate all God has done with our North Summit family at our Fall Fest! This event will be held Thursday, October 31st beginning at 5 pm. We will have food, candy, and a chili cookoff. There are lots of volunteer opportunities. Please see the Welcome Kiosk for more information.

Youth Fall Retreat - November 1-3
North Summit Youth will be going to Riverview Bible Camp for a weekend retreat. This is a time to get away from the normal routines of life and spend some time getting into God’s word, praying, worshiping and spending time getting to know each other on a deeper level.
