I. Why can’t we
I do not understand what I do. A. Acknowledge that the root of my problem is
There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death. —Proverbs 14:12
B. Engage in true
Repent for the kingdom of heaven has come. —Matthew 3:2
Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven has come near. —Matthew 4:17
Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord… —Acts 3:19
C. Ask God for a contrite
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. —Ezekiel 36:26
D. Live in the
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us… —Hebrews 12:1
