Dare to Follow Christ

Daniel 6:11-28

I. MAN’S IRREVOCABLE

Reminder: Christians are called to respond in civil disobedience when we are being forbidden to do something that God has commanded, or being required to do something which God has forbidden. 

Our condition has been passed down from Adam and Eve.

Our condition has been passed down by our mothers. 

Our condition is that we are born in sin. 

II. GOD’S INCONCEIVABLE

In the world: The guilty party is punished while the innocent party is set free. 

At the cross: The innocent one is punished while the guilty party is set free.  

The Bible is a story about God’s miraculous intervention despite man’s irrevocable dilemma.
