March 8, 2024
We will be referencing and contrasting Genesis 11 and 12
Philippians 4:13
New King James Version
13 I can do all things through [a]Christ who strengthens me.
Matthew 1
1 This is the genealogy[a] of Jesus the Messiah[b] the son of David, the son of Abraham:
Galatians 3
16 The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,”[i] meaning one person, who is Christ.
Acts 3
25 And you are heirs of the prophets and of the covenant God made with your fathers. He said to Abraham, ‘Through your offspring all peoples on earth will be blessed.’[b] 26 When God raised up his servant, he sent him first to you to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways.”
