- Looking back at your notes from this week’s teaching, was there anything that particularly caught your attention, challenged, or confused you?
- What is your response when you read prophecy from the Bible? Why? How do you think God wants you to read Biblical prophecy? Why?
- After reading Daniel 9:1-15, what were some of the seven things Daniel prayed about? How many of those can you identify with? In what ways do you identify with some of those? Be specific.
- We talked about how God’s kindness and mercy should lead to repentance. How do you understand that? Can you think of a time when you responded to God’s mercy by repenting? Describe the situation.
- Daniel’s prophecies about the time the Messiah would come to earth was very specific. Why do you think only a few people seemed to know? Which group of people would you be in during the time of Christ? Would you be seeing Jesus as the fulfillment of Daniel’s prophecies? Explain your answer.
- Are you living in the expectation of Daniel’s prophecies being fulfilled about the rapture, tribulation and second coming of Christ? Why or Why not?
