Our Values
What matters most to you?
JDWYSYWD
“Tell me what you value and I might believe you, but show me your calendar and your bank statement, and I’ll show you what you really value.” -Peter Drucker
(Philippians 2:1-5) Is there any encouragement from belonging to Christ? Any comfort from his love? Any fellowship together in the Spirit? Are your hearts tender and compassionate? 2 Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose. 3 Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. 4 Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too. 5 You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.
People Matter
(John 13:34-35) So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. 35 Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.”
One Team
(Romans 12:4-5) Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, 5 so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.
Team members cheer for each other!
Choose Positivity
(Philippians 4:8) And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
(Romans 12:2) Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.
Intentional Growth
(2 Peter 3:18) Rather, you must grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All glory to him, both now and forever! Amen.
