Sharing our faith in Christ with someone can be one of the most exciting things about following the Lord. Often, we may not share with someone because we may feel inadequate, believing we have to have all the right answers. God’s word tells us in 1 Corinthians 2:4, “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power.” God makes the change in someone’s heart; we just have to be available.

Jesus’ encounter with the woman at the well teaches us about…

We can ask God to set up “Divine Appointments.”
“Jacob’s well was there, and Jesus, tired as he was from the journey, sat down by the well. It was about noon.” v6

We can be sure that He will give us “Divine Direction.”
“Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst.” v13-14a
