He can not lie,
& He does not change.
The Certainty of God’s Promise
Heb 6:13 (NLT) For example, there was God’s promise to Abraham. Since there was no one greater to swear by, God took an oath in his own name, saying:
Heb 6:14 “I will certainly bless you, and I will multiply your descendants beyond number.”
Heb 6:15 Then Abraham waited patiently, and he received what God had promised.
Heb 6:16 Now when people take an oath, they call on someone greater than themselves to hold them to it. And without any question that oath is binding.
Heb 6:17 God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind.
Heb 6:18 So God has given both his
and his
. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to
. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us.
Heb 6:19 This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary.
Heb 6:20 Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek. —NLT
When we say that God is
, it is not only backed up by his works but, more importantly, by His
! Faithful is not only what He
. It is who He
! He doesn’t lie. When He says it, He will do it!
“Faithful to His
”.
Num 23:19 (NLT) God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through? —NLT
Isa 55:11 (NLT) It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it. —NLT
Christ Came to Fulfill the Law
Mat 5:17 (NKJV) “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.
Mat 5:18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.
Mat 5:19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 5:20 For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. —NKJVMat 5:18 (NLT) I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not even the smallest detail of God’s law will disappear until its purpose is achieved. —NLT
“Faithful to his
”(Covenant).
When He makes a covenant, it is impossible for Him to
it! When He makes a covenant He locks it to His

Job 23:13 (NLT) But once he has made his decision, who can change his mind? Whatever he wants to do, he does. —NLT
1Sa 15:29 (NLT) And he who is the Glory of Israel will not lie, nor will he change his mind, for he is not human that he should change his mind!” —NLT> Mal 3:6 (NLT) “I am the LORD, and I do not change. That is why you descendants of Jacob are not already destroyed. —NLT
Heb 13:6 (NLT) So we can say with confidence, “The LORD is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?”
Heb 13:7 Remember your leaders who taught you the word of God. Think of all the good that has come from their lives, and follow the example of their faith.
Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Heb 13:9 So do not be attracted by strange, new ideas. Your strength comes from God’s grace, not from rules about food, which don’t help those who follow them. —NLT

James 1:17 (NLT) Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens.* He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. —NLT
Walking in the Light
1Jn 1:5 This is the message we heard from Jesus and now declare to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in him at all.
1Jn 1:6 So we are lying if we say we have fellowship with God but go on living in spiritual darkness; we are not practicing the truth.
1Jn 1:7 But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.
1Jn 1:8 If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth.
1Jn 1:9 But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.
1Jn 1:10 If we claim we have not sinned, we are calling God a liar and showing that his word has no place in our hearts.NLT —NLT
FAITHFUL IN
Jas 1:12 God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
Jas 1:13 And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else.
Jas 1:14 Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away.
Jas 1:15 These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death.
Jas 1:16 So don’t be misled, my dear brothers and sisters.
Jas 1:17 Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow.
Jas 1:18 He chose to give birth to us by giving us his true word. And we, out of all creation, became his prized possession. —NLT1Co 10:12 If you think you are standing strong, be careful not to fall.
1Co 10:13 The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure. —NLT
FAITHFUL TO THESINNER
Joel 2:12 That is why the LORD says, “Turn to me now, while there is time. Give me your hearts. Come with fasting, weeping, and mourning.
Joel 2:13 Don’t tear your clothing in your grief, but tear your hearts instead.” Return to the LORD your God, for he is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. He is eager to relent and not punish.
FAITHFUL TO JUDGE
Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne and the one sitting on it. The earth and sky fled from his presence, but they found no place to hide.
Rev 20:12 I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before God’s throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books.
Rev 20:13 The sea gave up its dead, and death and the grave gave up their dead. And all were judged according to their deeds.
Rev 20:14 Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This lake of fire is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.
