2. In what ways do you view your life as a calling for the common good?
3. Nehemiah was a cupbearer. What type of job do you think you might have had at the time the Bible was written?
4. Nehemiah took advantage of his daily access to a king. How could you view your life calling in this way?
5. What experience have you had where you were talking to a person and talking to God at the same time? How did it turn out?
6. Crucial ingredients for doing the common good are time, authority, and resources. How are you seeking these out to do the common good?
