Read Galatians 6:1-10

Icebreaker —What is your ideal vacation?

  1. Why is it important to remind Christians that the normal Christian experience is to struggle with sin? What are we in danger of if we forget this?

  2. What makes you hesitant to be honest about your sin with other Christians, or even with yourself? What makes you hesitant to help other Christians in their struggle with sin?

  3. Why does the gospel set us free to be honest about our own sin, and to love one another by bearing their sin with them? How have you experienced either of these?

  4. Why is pride so destructive towards genuine Christian love and community? How have you been on the receiving or giving end of this?
