What We Learned: : God has good plans for me!

Talk About It: Read the Bible story together. After reading the story ask your child: What happened on your favorite day? Talk about the answer, then pray together and thank God for that day together!

What We Learned: I have faith when I choose to follow Jesus!

Talk About It: Parents, ask your kids if they have chosen to follow Jesus.

Bible Story: Jesus Heals in Response to Faith – Mark 5:21-34
What We Learned: I can let my light shine by being a good influence.
Bible Verse: “You are the light of the world – like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.” Matthew 5:14-16 NIV
Talk About It: Read the Bible story together. Jesus is the single most influential person in history. Why? Has His influence been positive or negative? Why? What kind of influence did Jesus have on the woman in the story?
