Ephesians 5:15-17 - Be very careful, then, how you live–not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.
How Do We Make The Most Of Our New Year?
I. Be Careful How You Live
Psalm 39:4- Show me, O Lord, my life’s end & the number of my days; let me know how fleeting is my life.
Psalm 90:10 - Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.
II. Make The Most of Every Opportunity
Luke 10:40-42 - Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!” Martha, Martha,” Jesus answered, “You are worried & upset about many things, but only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better, & it will not be taken away from her”
III. Understand What the Lord’s Will Is
Ephesians 5:17 - Therefore, do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.
