A Letter Between Friends: Philippians 1:1-2

Introduction

We begin a new series through the book of Philippians. And this morning I want to simply introduce us to this marvelous book and look only at the first 2 verses as a way of introduction and to get a handle at the book as a whole.

I want to offer 3 simple headings to get our minds around the basic structure and purpose of this letter:

3. The Letter’s Purpose(s)

Why should we study Philippians?
