Believing (vs. 1)

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.”
John 14:1

  1. The Lord doesn’t want us to be

Waiting (vs. 2-3)

In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
John 14:2-3

  1. What makes heaven such an incredible place is that our

    is there.

  2. His departure was not bad news but the

    of much better to come!

  3. Jesus is coming back for us and we’re going to spend

    with Him in our Father’s house.

Knowing (vs. 4-6)

And where I go you know, and the way you know.”
5 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
John 14:4-6

  1. If you choose to find your own path to God and the afterlife, you will be

    for all eternity.

  2. I have been taught and believed in many things over the years that turned out to be

    as I discovered the truth of God’s word.

  3. Death in any form is not the

    for us because Jesus is not done with us.
