Living It Out This Week

As the world progresses one thing remains: death. Sometimes we can try to deny it, but this is our fate. But when we realize this we can start living. May these verses help you live in reality of what is to come.

Sunday-Genesis 4.17-26: The world is progressing, and great things have been done. Yet, one problem remains; what is it? How can we call upon the name of the Lord today?

Monday-Genesis 5.1-32: A genealogy of the line from Adam to Noah. Not much seems exciting about lists like this but we must not gloss over them much. Which people stick out to you? How can you be a person that others want in their list?

Tuesday-Galatians 5.22-26: Walking is the easiest way to move but also happens to be the most time consuming. Who are you walking with today? Notice we are to keep in step, what does this mean? Pray for wisdom.

Wednesday-2 Kings 2.1-12: Only the second person to live and not die. How does this compare to Enoch? How will you be like Enoch and Elijah in our world. Pray for courage to walk with Jesus!

**Thursday-Hebrews 9.15-28: **Jesus is part of something greater. Yet, we will all die as the writer states. What picture of judgement do you have? Is this what Genesis portrays as judgement?

Friday-Matthew 4.18-22: Jesus calls people to his side to be part of the work of the Kingdom of God. What do you notice in this call? Pray you hear God’s voice as He is calling you to meaningful ministry.

Saturday-John 1.14: Join us in worship tomorrow! Pray for our worship tomorrow. Pray that our eyes would see the Lord! Invite someone to church.
