Sunday’s Message – Memorial Day is an important part of our history and lives. It is a time to remember those who have gone before us and their sacrifice. Throughout the Scriptures we see the importance of remembering God’s faithfulness and power. We also see the devastating effects when we fail to do that. We are to know the Lord and what it means to walk with Him. Something that is essential is that we pass down our faith to the next generation. We can’t just keep it to ourselves but we have to teach our children what it means to know Christ. The Lord has made it clear to us how crucial that is and also how to do that. This morning, we are going to see how to pass our faith to the next generation.

Weekly Fighter Verse – Deut 6:6-7 – “And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.”
