Romans 12:2
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – His good, pleasing and perfect will.”

To wrap up this book and this series, we are going to return to the critical bedrock of our spirit and our mind. Life lived by default in the environment of a broken world will result in a broken life, if we desire something different it requires that we build it on purpose with intention and the help of the Holy Spirit. Put another way, a garden untended will go to seed and produce chaos and weeds, a garden well-tended will produce a bountiful harvest.

Take these scriptures, put them somewhere where you see them regularly and plant them in your heart. The way to change the inclination of your heart, to change the crops your garden is producing is to plant the right seeds and to shift the weight of your daily life. These words from God are a perfect place to start that renovation.
