The plan to address the problem of youth leaving the faith is multifaceted.
The goal is to create a setting in which young people can have 
 conversations
in the context of 
 community. This deep community, however, is not solely limited to

It will include older generations coming 
 the emerging generation and

Ministry to and with youth/adults runs on two tracks:

TRACK #1-

- When I run across adults who grew up in the church and have left, it is almost always due to some real or perceived .
- We need to embrace a culture of and .
- We must also instill in youth and adults a skin that is developed not through , but through deep and .
- No one is .

- While the people of God (church) reflect , they are not !
