1.In Psalm 23:5, God takes it a step further. He is not just giving us what we need to SURVIVE, but He wants us to THRIVE in the presence of our enemies and difficulties. What is your gut response to the idea of thriving while you’re still in the valley?

2.There are always going to be people in your life that don’t understand you, judge you or even try to attack you. In Pastor Rob’s sermon we hear about God as our defender, a table in the midst of our enemies and He does a really great job. In what ways have you experienced God as your defender?

3.Psalm 23:5 goes on to say, “He anoints my head with oil, My cup overflows.” God is in the business of doing exceedingly above what we could ask think or imagine. In what areas of your life have you noticed the overflow of God’s goodness?
