Main point: God provides the means for us to make wise decisions.

I. Which will of God?

The sovereign will of God (also known as the “secret” or “decreed” will of God): whatever God has pre-ordained to happen in the universe and our lives.

The moral will of God (also known as the “revealed” or “preceptive” will of God): God’s instructions and commands in the Bible that tell us how to live.
