Discussion Questions
1) Many times when we visualize the wind, rain, and flood waters Jesus describes as attacking the houses built on sand and rock (Matthew 7:24-27), we tend to only think about the physical but disregard the supernatural and internal ways the enemy attacks our foundation such as unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, and resentment. Why is it dangerous not to have your guard up against these attacks? Why are they so easy to overlook?
2) How can unforgivness affect your ability to receive your breakthrough? How can it slow down or even stop you from pursuing what God wants for you?
What are some of the behaviors that result from unforgiveness and why is it important to address them immediately?
3) Think about the 3 Steps Pastor Josh discussed for walking in forgiveness. Which of the steps do you find to be most difficult or challenging? Why do you think that is?
