Psalm 103:1-5
God had need of you in this season, or you and I would not be here. Each of your gifts is required to bring about His plan in a season quickly approaching in your lifetime. If you focus on your past struggles, it can promote bitterness. You will miss how it has prepared you to be a victor in this season. If you harden your heart toward haters, your efforts will be misrouted against people from your past and not the enemy that uses all people if they allow him to. God has asked us to cross over from the past into our predestined calling in Him. Cross over from the hatred of this world into the spiritual awakening of His love. Cross over from the darkness of the flesh into the marvelous light of salvation in Christ. The enemy knows that if we only knew that God was making us better we would never become bitter. Instead, we would play our position in God’s plan and reap the benefits of a God who has already considered every obstacle.
This is likely not the last pandemic the world will see, but God has provided during it and will continue to do so. That is a promise from a God who cannot lie. His word is true, and we have got to trust in it.
Luke 1:50-53
We’ve talked about, Moses, Joshua, Rahab, Job, Samuel, David, Goliath, Saul, Joseph all people who were positioned for a work but still had to persevere to be used for their purpose. If you forfeit, you can’t fulfill. If you leave your post, you will lose.
Matthew 24:10-13
Don’t leave the crop, before you’ve reaped.
Don’t let the enemy convince you to quit, before you collect the reward of your harvest. If Joseph had quit at the pit, he never would have made it to the palace.
Remember God can make a palace out of a pit!
Joseph’s dreams were a released memory of his future from his spirit’s past
What happens in the natural always follows what has already occurred in the spirit. Those of us who love and believe the Lord are living in a heavenly echo!
It has already been said and done. The first time God tells you to do something here it is only a reminder to your spirit.
If we what the kingdom to manifest on earth, there needs to be a yielding of the flesh and a magnification of the spirit.
Remember your flesh was not present, when God gave you instruction at creation past.
Romans 8:30
God will get the glory from your life when you let his spirit be magnified.
- What are you doing to magnify the spirit of the Lord in you?
- What time are you taking?
- What actions are you engaged in?
- What lives have you allowed him to overflow into from yours?
Psalm 34:1-3
Once you get this in your spirit, connect with another believer who can agree with you in the word.
Get with someone else who thinks like you do.
Philippians 2:5
What you can do on one accord is greater than what you can do alone.
God has collected us together for this season so many can move what one could not. God is ready to tear down strongholds. But we have got to trust His process!
To do this you have to be willing to pour into someone else’s life other than your own.
Empty into someone else’s situation like God has into yours.
Don’t miss an important principle of the Lord. After Joseph had his dream from the Lord, he spent the next 13 years of his life facilitating the dreams of other men – not his own.
God’s plan is bigger than your problems. In aiding others, Joseph’s dream was manifested.
God uses your problems to fulfill his plan, but we have got to trust His process!
The enemy has convinced us not to help each other to undermine the effectiveness of God’s plan. Now we are so busy chasing our own dreams. We are consumed with our own desires and have become great at sabotaging our own blessings.
Mark 10:45
Matthew 20:26
Service is a step toward your dream. No service, no reception!
Do you get more than you give? Are you more interested in what others can do for you? Self-promotion. Or are you looking for those who may need what you have to supply?
At each trying time of Joseph’s life, God had already prepared or deposited in Him the skills needed to be elevated within the problems of his life. He had the answers to the problems in others’ lives, and God used it, to promote Him unto his own promise.
As with Joseph, they can take your coat of many colors, but they can never take your anointing! Focus on your purpose, and let God handle the positioning!
1 Timothy 6:18-19
Five things to remember while being positioned:
Always Pray: If you don’t pray you don’t really have a relationship. Set aside some time daily to develop a dialog, not a monolog. Listen, as well as express your heart to Him in appeal.
Immerse Yourself in the Word: The bible is God’s instruction. It outlines the behavior needed when confronted with every situation. You must be a doer of His Word to gain the required results. Application brings transformation.
Let it Shine: God has positioned us for a purpose and one of those purposes is to stand out. We don’t go with the flow, we swim against the current of the world.
1 Peter 2:9
What He called you out of - you can’t still be into. What council does darkness have with light?
Psalms 37:5-6
It is Covered: God said each of us was made with a purpose so we are all meant to alter our environment around. Problems reveal His plans. It may be a problem for you, but it’s already been planned by Him
Moses was spared from an evil attempt to kill all the male Hebrew babies in Egypt. Many died, but God only needs one survivor to play their position, and He turned the entire condition around. Yes, genocide was a problem, but God still had a plan. So, it was covered.
Despite what you can think of, know that God has thought of it, and it is covered.
In Exodus 3:2 Moses met God in a burning bush,
This scripture is such a great metaphor of how our relationship with God works.
There will be times in life when things get heated serving God, but we will never get burned!Believe That You Are Favored No Matter Your Position:
John 10:29Just when you think you’re blessed and highly favored, God will send you a skinny cow now and again. Don’t be discouraged, watch that cow become a fatted calf!
God will and can make something out of nothingWhen you’re highly favored, it doesn’t mean you won’t ever get a headache in life.
Remember, problems just reveal the Plans of the Lord.Psalm 37:25
With God, bad times have been promised to still lead to Good things!
Romans 8:28
No matter how you feel about your circumstance know this, God can take a Hebrew slave named Joseph and give him authority over the people who previously enslaved him. If you’re having a tough time, God is the God you want.
Trust His Process
God’s plan is bigger than any problem
Jesus was sent not to redeem a family – or even a people – but all of mankind. The entire world, and – yes – God even had a plan for that.
John 3:16
God’s love for us is so great. Don’t let you past or your misgivings stand in the way of him changing your life forever. Your sins may be great, but God’s love is greater and bigger than any problem.
