God can make a way through our generosity

Isaiah 43:19; 2 Corinthians 9:6-11

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, but what happens when we lose hope that He can make a way when there seems to be NO way out? Finances are an area in all our lives, where we can easily lose our way, but it’s also in these times that we can seek opportunities to live and give generously. What happens when we truly adopt the lifestyle of Jesus and we give back to others?

Three things that giving does…

1.   Giving teaches us to keep God #1.

Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.  2 Cor. 9:10

2.   Giving builds our faith.

You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.  2 Cor. 9:11

3.   Giving provides for the work of God.

And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. 2 Cor. 9:8

Action:

Pray now about a change you will make about giving back

Make that change

Expect to be a blessing and to be blessed
