1. Giving and giving

Isa 40:30 TPT Even young people faint and get exhausted; athletic ones may stumble and fall.

If you give

too much, you will want to give altogether.

REASONS WE GROW WEARY:

a. Promise is taking too long

b. Stressed to the limit
“And besides, what’s the use of worrying? What good does it do? Will it add a single day to your life? Of course not! And if worry can’t even do such little things as that, what’s the use of worrying over bigger things?” (Luke 12:25–26, The Living Bible)

c. Fatigue
Proverbs 24:10 TPT - If you faint when under pressure, you have need of courage.

d. Walking in your own strength
“So Elijah fled for his life; he went to Beersheba, a city of Judah, and left his servant there. Then he went on alone into the wilderness, traveling all day, and sat down under a broom bush and prayed that he might die. “I’ve had enough,” he told the Lord. “Take away my life. I’ve got to die sometime, and it might as well be now.”” (1 Kings 19:3–4, The Living Bible)

There’s

in thinking that you are all on your own.

2. Reaching

Reaching up to God brings His

on the scene.

Don’t you know? Haven’t you been listening? Yahweh is the one and only everlasting God, the Creator of all you can see and imagine! He never gets weary or worn out. His intelligence is unlimited; he is never puzzled over what to do! He empowers the feeble and infuses the powerless with increasing strength. Even young people faint and get exhausted; athletic ones may stumble and fall. But those who wait for Yahweh’s grace will experience divine strength. They will rise up on soaring wings and fly like eagles, run their race without growing weary, and walk through life without giving up. - (Isa. 40:28-31 TPT)

Waiting on the Lord is a

act of .

3. Taking

So now we draw near freely and boldly to where grace is enthroned, to receive mercy’s kiss and discover the grace we urgently need to strengthen us in our time of weakness. Hebrews 4:16-TPT

We continue to go into His throne room to receive more

and more .

But he answered me, “My grace is always more than enough for you, and my power finds its full expression through your weakness.” So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me. So I’m not defeated by my weakness, but delighted! For when I feel my weakness and endure mistreatment—when I’m surrounded with troubles on every side and face persecution because of my love for Christ—I am made yet stronger. For my weakness becomes a portal to God’s power. 2 Corinthians 12:9-11 TPT

“Now my beloved ones, I have saved these most important truths for last: Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of his explosive power flowing in and through you.” (Ephesians 6:10, TPT)

Recommit to walking in His

and the of His spirit.
