
HIS KINGDOM CAME TO BRING GOOD NEWS TO ALL PEOPLE
10 Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.
11 For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” —Luke 2:10 - 11But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid.
I bring you good news that will cause
great joy for all the people.” —Luke 2:10 (NIV)21 And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”
22 So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying:
23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” —Matthew 1:21 - 2314 Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.

1. His Kingdom came to bring The Good News of empathy / comfort for all people.
For unto us a Child is born… —Isaiah 9:6

2. His Kingdom came to bring The Good News of the greatest expression of love ever.
For unto us a Child is born,
unto us a Son is given… —Isaiah 9:6a - bTherefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel. —Isaiah 7:14
“Behold, the virgin shall be with child,
and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” —Matthew 1:23In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. —1 John 4:9
But God demonstrates His own love
toward us, in that while we were
still sinners, Christ died for us. —Romans 5:81-4 But now, God’s Message, the God who made you in the first place, Jacob, the One who got you started, Israel: “Don’t be afraid, I’ve redeemed you. I’ve called your name. You’re mine. When you’re in over your head, I’ll be there with you. When you’re in rough waters, you will not go down.
When you’re between a rock and a hard place, it won’t be a dead end - Because I am God, your personal God, The Holy of Israel, your Savior. I paid a huge price for you: all of Egypt, with rich Cush and Seba thrown in! That’s how much you mean to me! That’s how much I love you! I’d sell off the whole world to get you back, trade the creation just for you.
5-7 “So don’t be afraid: I’m with you. I’ll round up all your scattered children, pull them in from east and west. I’ll send orders north and south: ‘Send them back. Return my sons from distant lands, my daughters from faraway places.
